FORM AND REPORT

FORM:
Click Form --> create form by using wizard

and you will get a result like the image below ..
after that, select "Query: Booking Receipt" and transfer the information in the "Available Fields" in the "selected field"


choose "justified" and then click next.

 click next again.

and then click finish.

 on the right you can see the toolbox.
Click on the icon toolbox.

choose categories : "record operation"
and choose "add new record", then click "next" and "finish"

Cara membuat Queries

Before making the "Queries" you need to make some information in the database (Table). for example the picture below I have made ​​about "Booking", "Customer", "Delivery", "Product".

After that, the new is you begin to create "queries". Click on the "queries" and click on "create query by Using the wizard. "

when click on the "Create query by Using the wizard, "you will see a box that will appear on the display screen. After that, select  "Query: Booking Receipt" and enter the information in the box  "Available Fields" in the "Selected Fields".
Information-information such as: -
* Cust No
* Cust Name
* Cust Mobile
* Product ID
* Product Name
* Booking No
* Date Book
* Price Perunit
* Quantity
* Grant Total

two tables will appear on your screen display. Next on the "Show Table" you need to select information about the "Booking", "Customer", and "Delivery". How to choose, you Crtrl button and click on the information. After that click on "Add" button.

After that save the state table in the name of "Payment Receipt". And click on the button "ok".

MEWUJUDKAN PANGKALAN DATA

1. Start button,then clik Microsoft Office and clik Microsoft Access 2003 0or 2007

2. Create database
-create a new file


 -clik blank database

 -create a folder (Name your folder as a group)

- locate folder


-file name (week 2)
-and clik create

1. Create table in design view
 - Insert Field name and data type

2. Field properties with its description
  • Field size -the maximum number of character you can enter in the field. the largest maximum you can set is 255. Press F1 for help on field size.
  • Format -The dispaly layout for the field. Select a pre - defined format or enter a custom format. Press F1 for help on format.
  • Input Mask - A pattern for all data to be entered in this field.
  • Caption - The label for the field whem used on a form. If you don't enter a caption,the field name used as the label. Press F1 for help on caption.
  • Default Value - a value that is automatically entered in this field for new records.
  • Vadilation Rule - An expression that limits the value that can be entered in the field. Press F1 for help on vadilation rule.
  • Vadilation Text - the error message that appears when you enter a value prohibited by the vadilation rule. Press F1 for help on vadilation text.
  • Required - Require date entry in this field?
  • Allow Zero Lenghtt - Allow zero lenght as this field?
  • Indexed - An index speeds up searches and sorting on the field, but may slow updates. Selecting "yes - no Duplicate"prohibits duplicate value in the field. Press F1 for help Indexed.
  • Unicode Compression - Allow unicode compression for this field?
  • IME Mode - Which IME Mode do you want to set when the focus is moved to the field?
  • IME Sentence Mode -Which IME SentenceMode do you want to set when the focus is moved to the field?
  • Smart Tags - Smart tags to be applied to this field.
3.  Change field size student ID from 50 - 15 

4. High light row,right clik and clik Primary key

5. Add Primary key - toolbar

6. Save document
- table name (student)

7. Insert Row
-high light,then right clik, clik Insert Row.



8. cara nak delete Row.
-highlight row, then right clik and clik detele row.

 -Butang ( >) adalah untuk memasukkan satu persatu data
- Butang (>>) adalah untuk memasukkan data sekali gus.

clik next


 clik next again.

 clik Finish.
